Maybe someone needs to give the residents of the Cradle some 32GI, so that they can get beavers to lay tacks on the road

Wonder if it can be used as a masking agent for Clen, asthma medication, or pseudo ephedrin.... This stuff goes into water bottles.... Maybe there was some truth to the wrong water bottle story of a while ago? :o)

Okay, sorry, I confused obnoxious with facetious. Must be this 16GI thing. It has halved my intellectual output, but at least I know I am going to be stupid for twice as long as normal ;)

Weel, if you survive on water alone, that's probably 0GI, and your pornstar status would depend if you had hard or soft water in your neighborhood! ;)

Aside from that stay tuned for exciting new 32Gi products coming out shortly, the sachets and chews will be officially launched nationally hopefully end of this month and then some interesting stuff coming down the line after that, to cater for anyone across the board.

Our focus as always though is natural is best, the more natural and the more healthy a product we can put out, the happier we will be. Its a big responsibility putting something into someone elses body, if you think about it, in a way its a total invasion of privacy and requires a lot of trust. We need to ensure that what we put out there, is the best choice for a healthy lifestyle.

With that said, lets see if the thread grows a little more, have a great day all of you.

all the best

M

Taking a break from those dam beavers & in all seriousness, I have been attempting to incorporate a bit of what you said about sugary diets, etc, in the other serious thread into my training, and it does actually seem to be paying off. And I still love the taste of the product, which is a great bonus. Been feeling great the last few weeks.

Never going to win any races, but I can hope.

Given that Pad Pies are quite high in (amongst other things) cholestrol and fat, I reckon the next energy fuel "fad" will most probably be old tackies or old tubes... think about it, these things are elastic/springy! It will aid tremendously with a "bounce back" when the glycogen stores are running low. You would not even need a lot of it... Just one small piece and you can chew on it during your whole race / long training run/ride :D

Now the big question is how to get this springy food clean (especially the tackies)?
