Hi All,

We are 3-4 guys looking to join a social riding group in the Southern Suburbs. We currently riding 80 - 120 km at speeds of 25 - 30 km. We normally ride on a Saturday.

Let me know

She just had a baby a few days ago, but she's back at her desk now and is working through mails.

Thanks Luke. What kind of distance do you guys do on a Sunday? Your website only refers to Saturday rides?

Distance can be anything from 80 to 150km and there is nearly always a group on both Saturday and Sunday. I don't always do the club rides but Hoosain Ebrahim is almost always there and is kind of the unofficial ride marshal for the faster rides. I can pm you his email if you like. There are slower groups doing shorter distances too.

Can we come and 'test ride' the club before we join or must we join before riding with the group?

I'm sure that would be ok. Best to talk to Karen though... I'm just a member and I won't be riding club rides this weekend.

see below from the club newsletter - these are the slower groups. I think there will be a fast group meeting at CV at 6 tomorrow for a longer, very hilly ride.

Saturday 16th October

  • Club Ride leaving Constantia Village at 7am: There will be ride groups leaving CV at 7am. For more info, please visit the Club 100CT Website.

Sunday 17th October

Club Ride leaving Constantia Village at 7am: The Sunday Club Ride leaves as per normal and follows the town route. Please note that there is no back-up vehicle on a Sunday. For more info or to sign-up for this ride, please see the Club 100CT Website.
