Momsen Design Bar Ends

Evening Hubbers,

 

Anyone used the Momsen Design bar ends? Looking for a length but can't find the details anywhere. They look about the same as the Ritchie which are about 85mm. They look pretty sweet and the cost and weight are all great. CWC doing a great job again.

 

Any ideas?

I bought the Momsen's, if they look like the 1's in the link below, just measured from the tip to the bars 90mm, total length 120mm

Sorry, can't really comment, they look PimP & seem to fit my hand size nicely, i'm below avg height if that helps

 

I've only ridden with them once and never had bar ends on a MTB before so can't compare to anything else.

 

I'm more a roadie

 

CWC is the cheapest i've found, but i picked them up for R200 in JHB, so i'm not sure what shipping costs?

cool, it sounds like they're about right for me. I see Linden bikes is an apparent stockist...

 

Where did you get yours?

 

I'm happy with R200 if i can avoid the shipping thing.

 

Hope you get used to them soon, i find them very useful for leverage on any decent climb.

I believe Solomons in Woodmead (JHB) also stock - not sure of the price though

Neg with the guys at Solomons (011 802 8662) in Woodmead Was marked at R220.

 

They only had black and white, i see CWC has Red so maybe call if you want a specific colour?

 

I like the change in hand position it gives, even just on open flat roads.

Same side as PnP, Closer to PnP than Makro, in the next Shopping Centre, so about 300m from PnP towards Makro but not in the HiFi Corp Shopping Centre.

 

I got white from Solomons.
