kino Posted November 1, 2010 Share hi there yes, T1 is uphill and a couple of hundred metres long but is not too bad actually. The run is quite hard as you climb from the cabana hotel all the way up to the palace hotel and then back down and through the golf course. it is quite windy with lots of turns. The bike is not too hard (unless the wind shows up that is) except for that climb up from the entrance of suncity to the turnaround point all in all one of my favourite triathlons in gauteng!!!!! good luck Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
