Tell me a bout your guarantee problems.

 

I bought a new bike and after 2 weeks i had a casset bearing problem. i took it back, and the shop fixed it up. but did not send it to omnico. when i took it back with the same problem 4 monthes after. they sent it in to omnico. but did not tell omnico that they tried to fix the problem three months before.When i went in to get the bike i had to buy a new casset. i was quite peeved. I would also like to know wich bicycle shop wives great service.

 

PS. my handle bar also snapped. and i had to buy a new one.
