Does anyone have a contact no for Coolheat, I need some answers and the LBS cannot give me the answers, and neither can local suppliers. So frustrating I know I can email them, but that takes ages to get any answers

800km traveled does not say much. It could be 800km in a vacuum or 800km along the Dakar route. Nobody will believe the "with good cleaning and lubing".
