I was doing a night ride last week when all of a sudden my magic light went dim with a yellow mark in the middle of the beam. I first thought that I maybe hadnt recharged correctly. Put it on charge when I got home but it didnt help. Took the light to my LBS on Friday morning, they phoned the supplier, he said they should courier the light to him. Monday afternoon I got a call from my LBS my light was back and had a new globe installed. Now this impresses me. I live in Bloem and within one and a half working days my light was returned to the supplier, the problem rectified and it was back with me at no cost to me. That is why I am a magiclight fan!

We didn't just swap out your LED, we gave you an entirely new light and you'll notice its the newer, upgraded version of the MJ808 with:

 

Stronger, more flexible and heat resistant cabling

Thermal protection so it will drop itself to a lower setting if it begins overheating, and will automatically revert to the higher output once it cools down sufficiently

And last but not least, it features a 4 stage power level indicator so you'll always know how much charge is left in your battery.

I agree with the bloody agent - i had a magic light battery that went kaput on me. Brad replaced it without any questions, even offering a free upgrade to a higher capicity battery, all within two days. Brad for President
