Cops were doing a patrol around Hout Bay they saw this guy cycling like crazy towards the informal settlement. They stop him he dropped the bike and ran away........

 

Detective arrived with the bike wanting to know if we knew who the owner is???? as they suspect that it was either a mugging or it was removed from someone's property. The bike is in safe keeping at the police station I have the Detectives Name and contact number if the rightful owner does come forward.

Jip, now I know as well. Anyway, how long is it kept at the police station before it get auctioned or anything? Not that i'm interested, just curious.
