Tracking No

Hey Guys, recently ordered from CRC and got an email confirming successful completion and despatch via ParcelForce int. but they did not includse a tracking No. Is this normal?

Log onto the CRC website and check order status, should be on top of page

There was no tracking number on the email I got, but I went online to "order details" and the tracking number was there.

All it says is "STATUS: Despatched"

you will get the order no like a day or 2 after it has been despatched

I have just ordered from CRC as well, when you use the "ECONOMIC SERVICE" you don't get a Tracking number as it is shipped with normal mail. Wait 5-8 working days. If you don't get your package, query it with CRC

Give them a ring....its about 70 c a minute on a landline, i've phone them a few times before for changing orders after i've send it through on the web, or for pqrts questions and lead times etc. They're quite helpful
