So I just ate 7300kJ as a late afternoon snack and wondering how much of that will be consumed by my body.

Have been eating a little crazy the past few days. (easily 20000-25000 and more kj a day) and not training that hard.

I am actually trying to lose weight :unsure:

2 slabs = 4400kj

2 slices of bread = 800kj

4 viennas = 800kj

2 handfulls of cheese = 400kj

1 packet of nick naks = 400kj

5 biscuits = 800kj

coffee = 150kj

Not exact amount, but somewhere in that region

Don't need to work out my daily need. (I'm not a calorie counter :) )

My question is if I my body will actually digest or consume all those calories. (Will I actually have to burn that extra 7500kj to break even for the day, or will my body maybe only consume 5000kj for example and the rest will go out as waste)
