South Coast (Shelly Beach) Group / Club Rides

I'm off to the South Coast on Thursday for a week or so and have heard that the guy that owns the Vodacom Shop in Shelly Centre is an ex pro and has group rides leaving from Shelly Centre most mornings, anyone know anything about this or who I can contact to get the details? I staying in Southbroom and it would be great if I could hook up with a group in the area. Looking to do about 100-140km per day so dont mind riding out to meet up with a group.

 

If anyone has information on group rides out in that part of the world it would be great if you could give me the details.

Thanks Mampara, I think I emailed them last time I went down there asking about group rides and they never got back to me but I'll try again.
