They should have a table on the rear of the LH leg which references to your weight. I put about half as much in again to get it to feel what I would consider normal.

As bmxer said we need more info - you want about 20-30% sag so work around that, fork should only bottom occasionally for normal xc riding, but check the oil lines on the stanchions so you can see you are using full travel sometimes or soften the fork a bit. For a racier feel make it a bit harder.

 

WRT rock shox - the values they give on the fork tend to be too hard and you'll never get proper travel or sag from it, I'd say about 80% of those values for a soft setup and go from there
