Sounding laaik an airhostess with the safety demo... remember that even if you are a regular cyclist, remember to: 1/ Avoid training in the middle of the day in hot weather.2/ Wear arm protectors.3/ Be sure to use sun protection cream. Buy those that does not easily wash off with sweat.4/ Stay hydrated. Don't wait for a thirst or dry throat.5/ If it's your style, wear a buff or cap under your helmet to protect your scalp.
