javadude Posted January 7, 2011 Posted January 7, 2011 I bought a set of continentals a few years ago from City Cycles at Canal Walk, not sure if they still stock them. They were expensive though, and the reduced diameter changes your gearing a fair amount.

I am keen to use them for the Argus.hi MICHELIN make a 26 x 1.1 as well as a 26 x 1.4 DONT think you ll find the 1.1 s in SA . the 1.4 s are really great and super fast plus they still grip well in wet conditions . i ve got them on my spare wheel set for road training SPECIALIZED make a 26 x 1.24 with built in puncture protection . i find the MICHELINS roll better and more comfortable
