    hi i ve done the conversion on my VIDA 1 ... its awesome , steers like a train on a track . climbs like a cat up a tree, handles loose thick sand better than a 26er. really enjoy this bike. You do get a few strange looks from other cyclists

  21. check the mounting blocks in my photo ... they use both the 9mm QR and 15mm thru axle
  22. trouble with a clear coat is ... its designed as a top coat and not as a primer. so the adhesion is not so great and this is where your oxidation starts
  23. use brasso and extra fine steel wool .... takes a little time but the results are worth it
  24. those mount blocks take the 9mm QR and the 15mm Thru Axle
