got this email yesterday from race office:

 

Hi

 

The substitution entry process will open on 1 February. The consent letter and waiting list will be available from then onwards.

 

The procedure will be explained on the website. This information should be available by the end of day tomorrow.

To get a substitution entry do I have to have done a pre-race? (I think that used to be a condition to entry a few years ago..)
