Plan-B Posted January 24, 2011 Posted January 24, 2011 hi guys, i have a fox f100rl and rockshox sid race 100mm going to sell 1 keep 1, need a general consensus to the pro's and cons to get an idea which is a better all round shock. fox is a 2009 model and just been serviced, rockshox is 2010 model. thanks!!

koukie Posted January 24, 2011 Posted January 24, 2011 I have exactly the same forks, using the rockshox at the moment, because its lighter and to me rides the same as the fox. However I "think" the FOX is a better quality fork. Keep one as a spare.
sputnik-f1 Posted January 24, 2011 Posted January 24, 2011 I would keep the Fox and sell the RS. If it was a SID Team then I would have kept it and sold the Fox, but since it is a SID Race I would keep the FOX.
