A BIG Freeking thanks to Hulla Baloo the Knogg Agents

This is to let you all know RE my experience with a Knogg light that I bought on sale at Sportsmans Wharehouse yellow ticket sale (They don't take returns on this sale).

 

The light was defective in the that it did not switch off at times or would just light up without activating it.

 

Dropped the Hulla Baloo boys and girls and email yesterday and received an email reply from them within 15min stating that should I return the light to them with the proof of payment they would send me a new one. No questions asked / debated, just good clean service.

 

I then get a follow up mail again from them with more info and appologies RE the product failure and this then followed up with a call from them to ensure that I am ok with the arrangement and just good old fashioned good service.

 

I will buy their products again, even if they are a little more expensive as if this is how they treat their clients.
