Buddy of mine crashed at high speed on Saturday coming down the mountain in Barberton, just before the tar section. Brand new Rudy Project took a serious hit and cracked.

 

I’m trying to contact Rudy SA to understand the replacement policy, but the tel # on the website is not working +27 861 RUDYSA

 

Any idea who I can contact? I see on the website that Cajees Boksburg is Platinum Dealer – but they also don’t know ....

Just for the record.

 

Rudy Project's official crash replacement policy through ASG Sport is:

 

35% of RRP value and old helmet must be returned to store were CRG (Crash Replacement Guarantee) is done.

 

There is a lens replacement guarantee as well ons scratched / damaged lenses not older than 3 years.
