Raleigh RC 7000c Vs. Giant TRC Advanced team Vs. Cannondale?

I would like to know if there is much difference between the two frames and is it worth changing the giant?

 

The Raleigh is a 2008 frame and the giant is a 2007 with the integrated seat post.

 

 

And how do the Cannondale carbon frames compare (Super 6)

I have raced with both the Raleigh and the Cannondale in the past and I cannot rave enough about the Cannondale . Unfortuantly have not ridden the Giant and cannot comment on it.
