Hi all

Any riders out there on a Shova (medium) and rider weight at the +-85 - 87 kg mark who have fiddled and found a good shock pressure and no. of turns on the rebound dial.

I weigh 75 and ride 150psi on a med Shova. Works for me. Rebound is easy, set your fork as you like it, then ride past a reflective shop window and pogo. Set your rear rebound so the front and rear rebound at the same rate and use that as a starting point.

Had my Shova for 3 years. Pump rear to sag of 20mm..will check the rebound clicks but agree with droo. Balance (equal) front and rear.

Thanks for the feedback guys

I have also found that on the Shova now I am not able to bunny hop aswell as I used to on the old Scott MC. I recon my shock setup would be a factor to fine tune as a part of this.

Single pivots are a beast to bunnyhop, especially when the propedal's off. Speeding up your rebound helps a bit, but can lead to some unfortunate (read painful) bouncing on landings if you overdo it.
