Solstice Posted February 15, 2011 Posted February 15, 2011 I've ordered some stuff from CRC & Evans (kit related) and I've been waiting since end of last month for my orders to arrive? It has only been 12 working days already... Any ideas on WTFrikadel happened to my stuff... Yes, I took the least expensive option for shipping... Help anyone?
dalem44 Posted February 15, 2011 Posted February 15, 2011 Take your tracking number from the UK postal service and check where the parcel is. If the parcel says that it has left the UK, then phone SAPO and ask them to give you a local tracking number. They will ask you for the international one and give you the local one so that you can see where the parcel is. The parcels also often get sent to the wrong post office so you need to check this. I ordered a saddle on 26 Nov 2010 and it only arrived on the 15 Jan 2011. On the box it says it was shipped on the 28 Nov. I think its more a local problem. Probably sits in customs until somebody pulls their finger out. Couldnt wait anymore so I bought a Anrione from CWC three days and I had it. Dont know what to do with the brand new Antares?

Order was dispatched last week Monday and its now the 7th working day. Damn Royal Mail. My last order took only 5 working days (1 week) from the time of order till it was at my post office and that was only last month.

What a drag and what a complete F#$%-UP. Parcel Force going forward, only orders bigger than 2k, even if I have to wait for 6 months to get the money together...just too much hassle. Take heed...
Total Trek Posted March 2, 2011 Posted March 2, 2011 Im struggling just as much with the Royal mail issue. And I think its quite useless from CRC to not be able to give you a tracking number. At the end of the day they have to send a second parcel at their own cost. Litlle bit stupid of them to rely on our Postal service...
