HI Baloo, I cycle to work from Rondebosch about 3 times per week (via woodstock) and I try to cycle via the mountain once per week. You are more than welcome to join me. PM me and I'll add you to our whatsapp group. But I usually go rather early, leaving at 5:45 usually.

Thanks but I can't do earlier than 6h45 as need to drop my son at school before I can ride.

But I'm determined to find a way to do this safely, particularly now that I've replaced my bike and got wheels again.

I had to have surgery last week so out of action until end of March but then want to cycle. 

May just take a chance. Sure will be others on the trail about 7h00.

Good morning all, just want to revive this thread a bit. I still cycle to work from Rondebosch via Woodstock. During summer I leave rather early, before 6 usually. But now in the winter I leave at about 6:50, anyone is welcome to join me. Just PM me and we can sort out the details.

 

Let's try and get more cars off the road people!
