  5. As far as I know mid to end July stock will arrive. You can pre-order the Goodyears on the Orim Global website and it will be delivered to your local bike shop when they arrive in SA. https://orimglobal.co.za/
  6. The bottle opener is part of the package I got! So yes its included.
  7. The race was ok on the gravel bike. If I ever do it again, which I highly doubt I will do it on the gravel again.
  8. I want to share this accessory I used for the first time at Cullinan2Tonteldoos. It is a bracket that you can use to attach your race number/board of your bicycle. You can use this on any of your bicycles but it is intended for mtb's and gravel bikes. I saw this product was used by a few teams in the Epic, Pyga Eurosteel for one as well as Lachlan Morton. It works great. No more cable ties and number boards against the handle bars. http://moundt.com/?v=edb5dc74af1c
  9. There was a litter zone on the old Bronkhorstspruit road. Marked with green paint on the road.
  10. I did not participate in the event but I was on a section in Lynwood road. The organisers should have closed one lane in Lynwood from The Grove all the way to the finish. That way the cyclists have one lane and the cars have one lane. The marshals do not have any authority and motorists wont listen to them. At some of the intersections there was no traffic officers. Lynwood road should NOT be used for a race. Go up Hans Strydom and turn into Atterbury towards the finish.
  11. Yes. This is the exact road.
  12. Size will also have an influence on price.
  13. Not true! Marc is going to a different team.
  14. If you need info on the Van H rides I suggest you pop in at their shop in the Village and ask them to ad you on their Whatsapp group. The Smurfy 500 is well advertised on social media. It it organised by Willie Smit.
  15. Jacques Saturday is the annual Surfy 500 held out to the east on that route. Two options. 135km or a 300km. You can also join Van H Fraternity staring at the Village at 22 Oaktree Avenue, very close to Brooklyn.
  16. Dullstroom is renowned for theft of bicycles and adventure and enduro motorcycles. Motorcycles are stolen about every week end.
  17. Also have premium and cannot find it on dstv. On the app. Pathetic DSTV.
  18. Where is ss950?
  19. Cant find it! Frustrating!
  20. Will the DH and XC be broadcasted on DSTV? I don't see anything on the schedule. Only u/23 for Sunday XC.
  21. Indeed it did. But I had to leave her at the shop seeing I am married.
  22. I was erring on the side of caution with explaining the condition of the unit. But yes. Basicalling brand new but used, hence not brand new anymore but in excellent condition.
  23. Picking up my solar unit tomorrow. Now to sell my basically new 1030.
  24. As soon as CSA gets involved the wholemgravel, scene will, change and die. You wont be allowed flannel shrits or baggies. Regulate width of bars. Etc etc. they will kill the spirit of gravel.
  25. Grass is always greener on the other side!!
