  9. Not such a fan of The Smiths. I was the designated Dave last night and the dronkies were blasting them so it's sort of stuck
  10. Felt like some Ska today. Was in a rush to get out the house so I just grabbed some albums and left. Pleased that I got some Glowskulls. https://youtu.be/Gtoaf_8vvaI Not wild about streetlight Manifesto but it fits the mood. And then the on and only Fuzigish.
  11. Vermiculite holds plenty water and does compost/break down over a period. I would recommend perlite for your application. Perlite holds less water but increases the AFP (air fill porosity) dramatically. It also aids drainage and does not break down/compost. Increased AFP is key for strong root development. Strong roots = Strong plants = higher yield's of quality crops. There are quite a few perlite products available in Garden centers. If you choose to go this way look for a perlite which has been sived to 5mm-6mm . Finer perlite holds more moisture which is a little counter productive but not the end of the world. Volumes recommended. I wouldn't go less than a 30% perlite ratio. To work this out you'll need to work out the area of the bed(LxB) and multiply by +- 150mm(it's recommended that you turn the perlite into the top 150mm of the bed.
  12. Ed I sent that image to a friend of mine who loves festivals. She said that she uses a thing called a She wee. Learn something new every day.
  13. It's amazing. My Kuz is very involved with the organising etc.
  14. Any of you guys built your own wooden landing nets? The bloke who fixed my stick recently is making them. Just wondered if any of you have attempted this craft? I'm quite keen to give it a crack as a winter project. The blokes work is phenomenal. I ended up spending quite some time marveling at some gorgeous 1wt Orvis blanks that he's currently busy with.
  15. You're missing the point and pushing an agenda that has no relevance to my post. The post has sweet f'all to do with the music. Punk rock is an expression of a greater culture/movement. Use Blondie as an example. Deborah Harry was a punk. There is no denying that but, Blondie' sound is a mix of disco, pop, reggae and rap.
  16. Punk rock girls. GIRLS NOT BANDS! She was a punk through and through and it shows to this day. “I ******* loathe the Grammys with a vengeance,” she said. “The whole idea of it, I don’t understand it, I don’t respect it, I don’t get it at all. I think it’s bull****.” Nor was she flattered to be inducted into Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2005. “I call it the Rock and Roll Hall of ****,” she says. “It’s everything that rock’n’roll isn’t. It sort of desecrates the name of rock’n’roll.”
  17. Well spotted. Siouxsie Sioux-Siouxsie and the Banshees, Viv Albertine-Slits, Debbie Harry-Blondie, Pauline Black-Selecter, Poly Styrene-X-Ray Spex and Chrissie Hynde-Pretenders. Way cool bunch of REAL punk rock girls
  18. How many of these amazing women can you name?
