  1. Interested to see how this one ends up - Movistar or Ineos to try something?
  2. Looks like the breakaway might take this home. Can't wait for the Picon Blanco!
  3. Alpecin Fenix were fast yesterday.. it's like their team is all about sprinting, which I like a lot. Today's stage will be super exciting though - perhaps Ineos can put one of their leaders in a breakaway to shake things up ????
  4. I've used a Polar M200 (about 3yrs back), and now use a Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2. My wife uses a Apple Watch, and all these can do what you want - but battery life is better on the Samsung watch(over 4hrs of riding). You can also load music on these watches meaning you can ditch your phone when going for a run. The Garmin forerunner quoted is also a good option from what I've read.
  5. I see David Maree is up in the Omnium
  6. And road race is under way, commentator referred to rider in the shot (Nic) as Stefan de Bod from SA - no effort at all. Good luck boys!!
  7. Pogacar! ????
  8. And there he goes ????
  9. Cink riding well this season, I've got a feeling Sarrou is going to pip Alan for 3rd - as much as I don't want to see it happen. Awesome race.
  10. Mudfest out there, but Rissveds and Evie rode really well.
  11. NIce to AH in the front row, Pidcock is also back after injury ????
  12. Wow that was unexpected..PFP looks to be in good form!
  13. Cracking first 3 laps!
  14. XCC/O action at Les Gets, Leona to take another double this weekend!
  15. Both WVA and MVDP believe they are too heavy to contest GC so the might just sit in the bunch after today's brave efforts. Can't wait for the next two days..
  16. I like how Mohoric ignored the comment about MVDP's presence in the breakaway, really strong ride.
  17. Carapaz...ouch, really unfortunate!
  18. This stage is lit with the four in the break, interesting to see what WVA and MVDP will do - bridge across or...
  19. If Colbrelli didn't struggle up the last hill yesterday, burning some matches in the process, I'd go with him. I'll instead put my money on some wild cards - either Cav or Sagan
  20. Pumping rocks and popping roots like it's nothing, gnarly track - amazing skill, world class rider of course!
  21. Breakaway did really well today, super ride from both Cavagna(incl that spectacular bonk that reminded me of MVDP in Worlds) and Bettiol looked strong, especially on the climbs..motoring like the boss.
  22. That was a tough stage, it looked like Bernal was battling behind Yates, then dropped a bomb. Astana tried but Vlasov just didn't have any fight in him. Fortunato and Tratnik looked impressive, well deserved victory.
  23. MVDP flexing like mad, those uphill attacks..wow! Well done Alan, representing SA very well soo cool. Womens race - I was hoping to see Linda Indergard's move stick but oh well...Pauline had sooooo much potency in reserves. KC wasn't happy with her performance - she looked like she was battling to keep a high pace.
  24. I think creaks and squeaks are a result of all the rough terrain the bike will be exposed to, so perhaps a good clean (major service) and following torque specs should get it reasonably quiet?
