Thank you, this would be on a weekend. We from the southern suburbs looking to ride that side for a change. I know many cycle from soneike in kuilsriver but I would like to avoid kayamandi

Any opinions or advice on the following route, park at waterstone village and use the R44 into Stellenbosch then Helshoogte through to Franshoek Bad idea / Good idea ? I'm aware of the risks of Helshoogte but any other suggestions Thanks

I missed mine by 3 mins Target was sub4 ended on 4.03, I was really silly for the first 60kms went out of my comfort zone and paid the price in the last 15kms
