Tubulars have the innertube entirely enclosed, sewn, and taped inside the tire casing. The assembly is glued onto rims. Clinchers are "clinched" to the rim by the metal (or Kevlar!) bead forced against inside of the rim by the the air pressure in the separate innertube.

Cateye is quite decent and sigma is'nt to bad either, you can get an entry level sigma for under R200
