    I also have the flu, I have always gone to a doctor that use to give me AB's. Tried a new GP yesterday and he said all I need is rest and lots of fluids and I am already starting to feel better. My wife on the other hand went on Monday to the GP I usually go to, she got AB and still look as sick as she did on Monday

    lol, PPA has not updated their seeding yet for 99er, I wonder if they will be using 99er towards Argus seeding

    I enjoyed the race and the venue, I just hope they sort out the traffic issue. I parked 4kms away from the venue however it counted in my favor because I could do a warm up ride. I rode in 1C and there was a guy that almost caused a crash struggling to drink from his camelbak and then shortly after that an oldish guy with both his arms on the handlebar struggling to juggle his bottle, he almost went onto the gravel...

    Thats hectic, i am glad he is okay. Yesterday, the same time, i would of also gone that way alone, i am glad i changed my mine????

    Somewhere between the 3 b1tch3s. Pure Savages (I think it was the mixed team) was pulling a bunch or 2 behind them and while they came pass, i thought what the heck, let me see how long I could last with them. Needless to say, that was the best 3kms out of my whole race ????

    Thanks Karman, moved 2 places up???? Beta is super low though conpared to last year it was 0.87, maybe thats why they didnt adjust winners time by much

    Apparently that was the old way, since i started (a year ago) seeding was updated every Wednesday

    I did the westcoast express last sunday however PPA did not update the seeding. Does anyone know if enter this race, will i start in the same group as WCE or will they use the updated one if my time was better with WCE. I did try to contact them

    Condolences to the family and friends of the 2 cyclists... This was my 1st Argus and with the lovely weather we had I manage to get a 3.31. I was in 2G and between 4th beach and sea point, there was a guy trying to ride into me all the time and then he eventually nicked my wheel. I don't know what's up with these aggressive people and he is lucky I have respect for old people......Oh and his name was Dick. Other than that, I had nice Race
