  4. Yeah looks like a weapon of some sort. well handled by the cyclist though. de-escalated the threat and got away.
  5. Boom, Seems like he got out the truck without a real plan. Love it
  6. Thanks, rides like a dream
  7. First decent commute in a week. Last week was a joke due to getti g my car back from the mech and perpetual rain. Such a leke feeling getting to the station dripping with sweat and having people in work clothes look at you like you have just climbed out of a piece of cheese. Sent from my MHA-L09 using Tapatalk
  8. Awesome pic but just imagine what it must be like to stay in such a densely populated place
  9. Holy thread necro batman
  10. Man that was a sharp move
  11. Clearly I need to clean and lube more often than I currently do lol. Just got my car back from some major surgery so I haven't been commuting this week, Thankfully cause it has been rather wet.
  12. I suppose with a geared bike it needs to be done a bit more frequent The reason i ask is cause i cant remember when last i washed my bikes both of which are single speeds. I just lube the chain when it gets dry.
  13. An another note, How often do you guys clean and lube your commuters ?
  14. Im honestly not sure why Shimano thought it would be a good idea to design a system that requires a propriety tool in order to remove a crank
  15. Gone before i could troll back Damn
  16. Its the TL-FC35, to remove the nds crank arm. No way around it. A while ago i was going to measure out the one from the LBS and have a mate turn one up on his lathe for me. But eh, seemed like a lot of work for a tool that gets used VERY little.
  17. I have been looking for one for ages, I managed to borrow one from my LBS. The price tag is just ridiculous
  18. Now a store bike, has done quite a bit of mileage. Lol the tensioner did fail for some reason and I didn't even notice it till the chain started jumping off. Wheels and bearings are shot, the bb is rough and the fork feels like it's sprung by a pool noodle. Still a fun bike to ride but not reliable enough for everyday commute. All parts used to build this bike was purchased off the hub
  19. Would love a dedicated Steel SS frame as a commuter, Going to install a White Industries ENO ECC hub on my cotic once my current chain is stretched to sh!t.
  20. Show me yours and ill show you mine I also have an old 26er that has now been retired and will become my shop/pub bike
  21. Yeah thats bs man its nonsense like this that people need to be made aware of
  22. Yeah i noticed by that yesteryear stem length
  23. This looks tit, Must be such a fun ride
  24. Welcome dude, don't take this place too seriously. Keep riding
  25. On Mondays i take clothing to work for the week so no real choice there, Although when i left home this morning it was dry, by the time we got to newtown the roads soaked, so i would have been drenched by the time i got to work
