My guess is that you are not bored at all![/quote'] again read above i merely told the truth i could have called it a cut or scrape or whatever but it is still in fact a carpet burn and people that are perfectionists do im sure they just wont admit to it i dont want to look like a performing monkey and entertain people with my falls when riding in a group so...........clip in and out it is....AT HOME garden or balcony area........whatever i could have gone in the garden but then it was 11 o'clock and after they repainted my building it aint safe for falling (full of glass and stuff...) but guys will be guys so go on and think what you like if it is that i'm getting lucky by hurting myself well.......it's quite a shock that i didnt know i was into s&m...............

i've done it finally went to Arran Brown last night and got my bike set-up the way it is supposed to be he swears i won't feel any pains from now on my seat is almost touching the sky though really scary and no i can't touch the ground anymore so now i have to prepare myself psycologically so that i overcome the fear of unclipping with a seat that high clever me then goes home and decides that maybe it is a good idea to try and practice in the house well it wasnt so clever after all i now have a carpet burn on my knee my arm looks like someone beat me up and i have (or will as soon as the internal pain stops ) a huge bruised area on my lower back it will be really interesting to see how i recover from that in 3 days will try and squeeze in a few training rides before sat but who knows........ so how many of you have had your bike set up proper? and how many are 100% and never looked back? really looking forward to non aching hands after a long ride........ and sorry admin if this is in the wrong forum topic i never do know where exactly to start a discussion..........

hey guys i lied Mich sorry i never let you know if i was coming with or not...... well i didn as you guys know by now it just so happened that Zaskar, a buddy of his and me (stevo was supposed to come with but didnt.......) went to northern farms on sat so i wasnt too sure how i would feel we did 2 hrs ride in the pm started at about 4pm so the weather was amazing actually none of that grueling heat 2 hrs of chasing and i was a bit worn out so i think i made a good decision by not coming with i would have been a drag....... 1st time using my shoes and my pedals i had about 4 thumbles or so (not proper proper falls ) fortunately for me noone but me had a camera the most ironic thing though was when i tried to practice in my garden and fell badly 2-3 times now i have a nice bruise on my arm that i keep on knocking on my chair and my shelves and my desk........so i guess ill have it for a while so im sorry to have missed another fun gathering but i just couldnt face one without mampara next weekend sabie so after that i would love to go riding in the usual group again.........
