  3. i know your body needs carbs for training but i hardly eat any i have one day of the week that i eat bread (not like it's a predetermined day it just happens so - nothing better than fresh bread ) besides that my body doesnt crave it dairy is another thing there's no way in hell i can give that up - i read some chicks diet plan and she eats cereal in the am with water! and there's cheese of course and yoghurt and ice cream and butter..........
  4. geez ok you must have had all the potassium you needed just those 2 together would add to my protective layer a bit too much
  5. yeah maybe i should go shopping....... all i have is a few lonely apples and they just dont do it for me no more
  6. yeah just started but ive been a gymmer for a while and i must say the shape im in at the moment is quite good so i dont know what happened last night a friend recommended slow mag a while back i took it for a while but im a bit of an empty head so i wont be able to tell you if it helped or not or recently i havent eaten enough fruits and veges and thats why

  8. so i've had my fair share of cramps (thank you my wonderful calf muscles)but until now i've only had the pleasure of them in the middle of night........ so my body decides to throw me a surprise and get me while training while doing the same moves i have been for more than a month...... so i had to slowly come off the leg extention machine and pretend nothing's wrong and limping get to my car i read recently that cramp dont really happen because you're missing something like magnesium or whatever in your body but rather because you've pushed yourself too hard well......i know i didnt so whats left? do you guys chew on cramp stop all the time? or is there another alternative? it's really annoying that i wont be able to do my routime tonight

  16. haven't had the pleasure but if he was a sprinter i'd assume his legs were quite nicely shaped.....so back to my previous post which i should maybe re-phrase i like the look of fit cyclists (sorry fatcyclist )
