THORNS !!! I am riding tubless and have just got back and whilst washing the bike i noticed that there were quite a few in the tyres so i pulled one out and this green stuff came bubbling out Did I do the right thing or shuld I have left it in ??? there are quite a few more in the tyres !!! thanks for the advice in advance from a beautiful sunny but windy west coast

from the report it looks like a guy in a truck carrying lead jumped a stop street and went into his car and the try to flee the scene but was apprehended by another motorist who forced him to stop and kept him there till the autorities arrived. The report say the guy is from Botswana and he apparently does not have a licence ???? hell man that is crazy how can the place where he loaded the cargo even allow him on the premisis. Uor factroy wont allow you to come and load if you dont have your licence on you let alone have one and the truck must also be roadworthy !!!!! so sad a guy in the prime of his life condolences to his wife family and friends .

With the price of fuel as it is today for me to go to Cape Town to do a race on the road bike will mean i will have to travel at least 300km 150 in and 150 out. So my MTB will be used more this summer. Yes those stats of 8-1 for the MTB sound right i was talking to my LBS the other day and he says the do sell more MTB's as compared to the road bikes. I think its more sociable on a MTB and when I contemplate on which bike i am going to take for a ride the MTB seems to have the biggest draw in my life at the moment
