thanks TNT1 I am just finding it more fun on the MTB at the moment . Exploring all the back farm roads here on the westcoast is fun riding along the coastline and in the academy . Yesterday I saw a herd of springbok grazing about 200m from the jeep track it was awesome about 50 of them now that is what is so beautiful about this place makes everything worthwhile and the awesome scenery

I have not been on the road since 5 may with the road bike and I have been playing in the dirt on my MTB So on my way home this dude with his two mates in a clapped out ISUZU bakkie with the passanger window masked up and a piece of plastic where the window should be comes across the road and glides right infront of me now with a bit of quick thinking and sharp reactions I avoided being another statistic. My Nut het behoorlik gestrip and when he stopped to fill up I went and told him exactly what I thought of his driving skills. bent his mirrior a bit and tapped on his window but they stayed put I was FUMING Now what goes thru my mind is should I get rid of my road bike and just stick to the dirt !!!! when i look at my pics i took yesterday afternoon i think even more about it

hey hey hey chill its friday (r101 i still U) my rim i got back last night its raining here today so we got nice wet roads lotsa mud and me and the MTB are out for riding this afternoon in the mud the to chill tonite by the fire with a bottle of rooi wyn and a steak on the coals my team is no longer in the running for the super 14 so no more stress i can relax wiff the family and have a nice social evening ja Poision die nic wil ook nie praat ons moet daai toy toy reel

r2199 and 30 ront per month is a bit steep just to know where you been ?? loose yourself? buy a garmin 305 edge they going cheap now and then you can track all you want and see exactly where you been. mapsource on your pc and you can track yourself on a laptop in your car too while the wife / girlfried/ motherinlaw is driving you can see where you are on the laptop.

i got to stem with Para there just watch for the carpet burns no seriaas that joe gives a good blow cant fault it i got another ravex one but the joe blow stands out a mile got mine from holyroller best investment

we went on a mtb ride two weeks back and went through a heavy patch of thorns and 90% of the rides with tubes had to stop and repair. The guys on tubless were fine . so tubless in my opinion is the way to go

i am so gat vol of cyclesure and er24. i asked them for a quote about 3 monhts ago and after comparing it with my current insurance it worked out cheaper for me to stay as is . So all i wanted was the Er24 band and stay with my insurance and have the medical cover should i be involved in an accident. I got this nice package from Cyclesure with er24 bands stickers and the whole trip but have never accepted the quote and have told them so as well. i contacted er24 and asked them what gives is my band that i got from cyclesure valid and activated and if not could they activate it and gave them my details to deduct the money for the cover. still to date i have heard nothing and have phond them back and they say ok we will get back to you but dont. does anyone know who i can contact to get this problem sorted out once and for all it getting beyond a joke. my ref number with er24 was 2001480371 and i spoke to a lady called Zoleka. She also got her supervisor to phone me and i explained my problem to him but have had no positive feed back. A contact person who i can speak to would be appreciated. its also working on my nipples now

My Lbs seems to be having problems getting me this rim for my mtb.(tubeless) I managed to buckle it slightly but no amount of nipple tighetening can pull her straight i have had it in the shop and they have said that they will order me a new one.(its now two weeks) and i hate it when there is something not 100% on my bike it works on my nipples any one out there know where i can source one from please ?? Thanks for the help in advance
