Does anybody know what the rules are regarding your zip on your race top? Slummies is always hot and humid in January and I always get crapped on and told to zip my top up. I have searched all the rules but cannot find anything relevant to this.

Was thinking just the same thing.

Fabes.........couldnt do it. Hate that thing, went to a spinning class instead.

I also just did my first 2.2km swim and Fabes had to pick me up from the bottom of the pool

Hello fellow PE Hubbers What possible bike routes (road) are there to ride at the moment? With all the rain and flooding all my favorite routes are closed and I really don't feel like doing loops around Summerstrand.

All I can say is be prepared to dig deep. I absolutely hate that event but for some strange reason I keep going back for more .

I'm looking at converting my TT bike to a road bike. Does anybody have advice for me?? Is it a good idea and will it work? What are the pros and cons? Thanks
