Any idea what the group sizes will be? and seedings sent out?

How difficult / hard is it to ride a sub3? And what training plan / weekly hours / kms per wk, can be put in place?

Any idea what other seeding events will be coming up and when?

Ctct 2021 Covid version done, The peninsula wasn't as busy as expected, Wind was strong on some parts of the route

So will there be more guys cycling the route this Sunday, as the actual ride wouldve taken place this coming sunday? and starting where and around what time?

Black Hill, Chapman's Peak, Suikkerbossie Big ups to the guy on an Oldish White Colnago, he climbed Chappies extremely strong, a good day at the office

1st Rapha Challenge done and dusted, completed with an early morning 40km ride from Sea Point to Hout Bay and back.

So i did a 3:09 , This was the 1st time i've done this race. Where could I possibly be seeded for the CTCT? and what time could i look at achieving in the CTCT?

I have noticed Racetec no longer updates with the start times / groups, once the seedings is sent out, any particular reason for this

Change of route, not having to deal with Vissershok at the end and the weather is looking good, should be a good morning for racing #goodtimes

Any idea when will the seedings be released? Also noticed it don't reflect on racetec once released

How much tougher is this race compared to the SCT and the Paarl race of yesterday
