Ever since my battery went flat on my polar(about 3 weeks ago), i have noticed a significant increase in my ave speeds and feel allot stronger, i know it's weird but i think i was spending to much time looking at the HRM or when i see a heart rate of 170-180 i slow down...either or i feel much stronger now, i may not even put it back onto my bike....

i know one leb that should be enough

i ride alone 9 out 10 times, and wolfie has seen me i'm pretty small, i got myself a small tazer these holidays, i'm going to mount it on my bike, if i need to i will use it, just hope it helps... i can understand it must be a bit harsher with women...
