Hey all who ever wants to join they welcome, meet at the panorama shopping centre this saturday to leave by 6h15, a moderate ride, hopefully 30ave, basically i want to do the actual route as a training ride, p.s we may get lost, but it's fine extra milage is great

does the course come with needles or do you have to bring your own?

i really don't like that route anymore, i have tried to stay away from it, it's boring and to flat anyway.
