  1. Start by riding as often as possible Work on your slow balance (ride around slowly try not to put feet down and then add small obstacles as you progress) Body position very important. Commitment also very important. PRACTICE!!PRACTICE!!PRACTICE.

  3. I had serious issues with my neck and back,went to Chiro in Pta and it was the best ever it took three months and about 12 visits but 2 years down the line I am still fine,now I go every 4 mnths just to check the alignment.I really think it works

Tons of comments but the bottom line for me is this.OUR COUNTRY IS GOING OR HAS GONE TO THE DOGS I personally dont want to live like this anymore,living in fear for my children,wife,family and friends everytime we leave our homes or even while we are locked inside them.It will not get better so we need to make provision to move on and find a place of safety,this will mean sacrife but if it means safety then so be it.SAD BUT TRUE

  15. i ride with first ascent mens endurance or even a baggy now and then.long days short days ,3days doesnt really matter.personally i think anything over about R800 is a waste and rip off.i do however notice that a lot of mt bikers talk more about how much spent than how much ridden.becoming a seriously yuppie sport.

  18. forget the deep pockets,i have 2 bikes but now days only ride the GT PEACE 26 SS soon to be rigid (about R5000)what a beauty I am 100% sure that no 1000's and 1000's of rands could buy a better ride.Who cares anyway just ride your bike and love it.
