  1. What about Veggiemite? I don't do Bovril or Marmite, but I suppose its not exactly local.
  2. Off Topic I sent them a mail , they ship to Oz & New Zealand so hopefully they can ship to SA , will let you know what they say. You can now order from them, you need to register as Ausralian, then send them an email and they will change all your personal details, it costs the same postage as to Oz as it will to SA. They are also going to sort it out that South Africans can now register and get parcels sent, they gotta change their website first, I'll keep you further updated if required. Another place to shop,

  5. I have an entry to sell if anyone wants - Due to Bronchitis I won't be able to ride. I've spoken to Tim Whitfield (race organiser) that there will be no extra charge for changing details over. Its either that or I have to just get my goodie bag & t-shirt, and the race entry goes to waste.

  10. Thats what you get when you see Doctors in the UK, easy to to prescribe something rather then getting to the route of the problem, you're on a time limit with the Docs there, its scary to say the least. Took me a year to be able to see a specialist. I was just following the doctors orders.
  11. One wash, then clothes, shoes & helmets are clean, No germs or sweat marks. Don't see what the issue is
  12. I was on diazipam for 6 months, practically everyday because of chronic back pain (got whiplash from commuting to work). Not the best of times I must admit. It was six months I can barely remember though, I was on cloud nine most of the time but just had to soldier on.
  13. How do top athlethes get away with using them for such extended periods though, and thats being administered by trained professionals?
