Sounds like a great idea, I don’t think there are any specific rules that you have to follow, in my opinion it’s all about setting up a route and planning a date so that anyone who is interested can join in.

I’ll also be spending the next few weeks in Hermanus, I don’t know of any groups but I’d like to join on the black route.
