  1. i just wish the entry level kids bikes can flip around those chain rings, small front and bigger at the back. it a shame to see them always having to struggle uphill when they are pushing gear ratios bigger than pogi on a tt bike.
  2. Disable this one. if you are an applefanboy, you wont be disappointed with appletv, just get the 4k one. its pricy, but the thing just works.
  3. make sure you disable hardware acceleration in the chrome websettings if using chrome to hdmi to tv.
  4. the app is not on all samsungs, due to the tizen version not been full androit. used a mavricks tv chrome stick and then bit the bullent and went appletv. no issues with apple. the mavrick buffered as well from time to time. not an apple fan boy, but that apple tv works. also no buffereing when streaming via laptop hdmi port. if you still have buffering, then its prob your isp. i had this issue also and since changing to afrihost all buffering is gone. since coolideas is also afrihost owned i dont think its that. if i did my speedtest it was fine, but the streaming was from eurosport at that time for cycling, there was someting funny there happening with the traffic.
  5. Option Y: R59 right down till you hit R64 then to Kimberley (not sure about road condition now, but used to be OK and relatively quite - almost no shoulder). - Kimberly N12 all the way to Victoria west. (trucks not to bad on that stretch). Then you have options to continue to N1, 3 sisters, and onward via N1, that stretch till lainsburg is nerve recking. BUT big yellow lane and if not on a weekend sometimes quite. Option Q: Divert from Victoriawest to Loxton -via fraserburg to sutherland (this is gravel). Option Z: Divert from N12 at Briststown to vosburg and carnavon (tarred last i heard used to be gravel) and head via calvinia and N7. (from Calvinia you will have some mining trucks, yes they are now trucking the stuff from the kalahari to saldanha and some container trucks if its grape harvest season - not as heavy traffic as N1) at Clanwillian you sho left to lambertsbay and head back via the extended west coast road all the way to capetown via elandsbay, veldrift. Option R: R59 right down till you hit R64 then to bloem, petrusbug, koffiefontein, luckhoff, petrusville, philipstown, deaar. britstown. (i used to do this 3 times a year with the car, not sure about road conditions now days, but its a quite roads - limited to no shoulder)

for me the buffering, disconnect and constant frame dropping from visible excellent quality to absolute rubbish happens on my Droid tabled, mibox, but when i stream via Browser on PC no issues. so its defn something to do with the mobile platforms. for once Windows win!!
  7. Hi ChrisF Is there GPX files available for the routes, i see from the downloads its only kmz which i think is some sort of google file thinge that doesnt work with strava or garmin. Thanks
  8. Hi Chris XC slicks of trail tyres? shot
  9. thanks DC team OPI for doing all the work in group CL in that wind today. I wish i could contribute, but was just hanging on and shamelessly wheel sucking (at least i didn't have legs left to go for the sprint😀). pity about your punctures at the prison. my legs came off after the last water stop and seeing the temp rise by 1 deg for every 7 minutes of climbing topping out at 44.7 was emotional and physically draining. 🥵 working on the concept of linear regression im sure it would have been 50 at the top!! had to conserve my water to cool the body as the steam just rises when you squirt it over your body. crazy
  10. agreed, if i hear ewallat then i default to scammer. why dont you want money to be tracible..
  11. correction - place that requires a have hydration pack. no riding in December without one, trust me, unless you want to take the lottery of filling up from a water crib where the sheep drink from.
  12. on a road tubeless tire yes. best to replace, but on MTB as long as it does squirt gooi mielies with the plug. never ever replaced a mtb tyre that was plugged. The seller could have indicated to OP that the front tire was plugged though before hand.
  13. inflation is nothing more than corporate greet it seems and everyone is using an excuse to jump on it. besides all the good things CL have done for me.. this one did not go down well.
  14. back to bikes - overprising...heres your answer.
  15. Since it seems like WW is being targeted for having cheaper items than the PnP, barring their fresh produce and prepacked meals which is more expensive, but lasts a lot longer. i worked in a bread factory in cpt, same production line yes, but different ingredients and when you came in the morning and that place looked like a lab where they where conducting nuclear experiments, then you knew WW was coming to audit - which they did regularly. non of the others ever came.
