  1. The bikes feel awesome, and great value for money. They are doing demo rides at Black Sheep Bikes at Hoogekraal!
  2. Howzit bro. LEATT is definitely the way to go, in my opinion. Their 3.0 Trail shorts, come with inners and are super comfortable. I would recommend checking out Blacksheep Bikes at Hoogekraal, they always have lots of LEATT clothing, in stock.

    Grippy flat pedals

The Spank Spoon 110, is a very good pedal. Incredibly grippy compared to the DMR v12. It's more concave, so the shoe just sticks. Best regards J.C.
  4. Hi there, I've lost the threaded ring that holds the cable fitting to the bottom of my Crank Brothers Highline dropper post. If any one has an old post lying around, that I could salvage this part from, I would be willing to pay good money for it. If anyone can help me find this part, please let me know. I know I'm looking for chicken teeth here, but I thought it might be worth a try. Photos of the part are below. Thanks and regards JC
  5. Hi there, does anyone know where i can get a replacement for one of these rubber pieces, for the Micro travel technology?
  6. I used to run the Ground Control up front and I am now running the Maxxis Forekaster. I think they are quite similar, but the one thing I did noticed is that the Forekaster seems to have a bit better grip on the sharp corners...especially if there's a bit of gravel involved. The Rekon Race is a good rear tyre. Hope that helps.
  7. I was scammed once with this story, and it's not going to happen again
  8. I agree! Scammer.
  9. This was probably from my Gumtree ad, as I posted an add on Gumtree in addition to my bikehub ad.
  10. Hi guys, I just had this experience. A guy whatsapped me from 0764172491 and asked me to email him some more photos of the Trek bike that I'm selling. His Email address was; smitc12@yahoo.com, and he goes by the name of Christopher Smit He sends me this message after some discussion on the bike. I am really interested in buying the Trek bike as a surprise for my cousin, only if you can assure me that everything is in order. I am a petroleum engineer currently on a rig offshore, I want this to be a surprise for my cousin, so I won't let him know anything about this until it gets delivered to him. It will be a secure payment via Skrill as I'm on a rig offshore. So, let me know if you have an account with Skrill so I can arrange for the payment asap. Please note, a pickup agent will be coming for the pickup once I have made the payment. This is copied and pasted from the email he sent. Just a warning, this guy is VERY likely to be a scammer and if you get anything from him beware!
  11. Hi there, does anyone know where I can get one of these onyx bearings? Regards JC.
  12. Thanks a lot, that looks like a good price. I will definitely look into it.
  13. Hi there, if anyone has a 34T, 96bcd, narrow-wide chainring, I will gladly swap it for a 32T. It's for a DEORE crank. P.S; I don't mind paying a few hundred bucks for it. Regards Judah.
