    I need some advise please. Doing my first IM70.3 in Durban. I have never done any kind of triathlons before, so I really don't know anything. Regarding clothing, I already got a Orca wetsuit for the swimming, and have all the cycling gear. My question is, do I really need a Trisuit?? I was just going to wear my cycling shorts underneath my wetsuit, and just put on a cycling shirt for the cycling leg, and also use the cycling kit to do the run. Will this work?

    Pool for now. Still very new to swimming so don't want to take any chances is the big blue. I see Stellenbosch has a pool, can you swim there and how do you go about getting access?

    Even without the discount, Momentum still offers the best value for money life insurance cover for me. I agree that they changed the way Multiply works to benefit them, but even with that I still get more than enough discount that will beat any other Financial institutions quote by 20 to 30 %

    Does anyone have a Suunto watch and using it for active dayz? My Movescount syncs correctly with Strava, but not with Momentum. Edit : I see Suunto is not supported for daily steps

    Quick question of something I just want to make a 100% sure of... If my fitness level is level 5 and my healthy heart score is green, do I still need to get 16+ active dayz to qualify for 60% discount on my health insurance premium on private club?

    I'm looking to switch my uncapped adsl line from Telkom to capped. Any suggestions where to go? My average usage per month is about 120Gb, so a 150gb package will be fine. Telkom throttles my speed too much especially between 18:00 and 20:00 in the evenings when streaming videos. Will switching to another provider change anything?

    Don't know if someone had mentioned that you only get 25% discount on your gym membership fees no matter how much you gym... I have never had a gym membership, but I entered for Ironman 70.3 in Durban, and Virgin Active is the only place I can swim at that is not that far away from me. So I'm forced to get a membership. Was is not 80% of last year?

    Or put it on only for a quick drive to the shop and in that 2km drive you give it your all. If a system is not working correctly, people will start to abuse it

    Sunday I did a road ride with my Mtb due to rain, and just a little bit of single track trough a conservancy. It picked up my ride and manage to score 97% for that
