I like to keep it simple, no need to be bombarded with too much numbers, its not going to make your any faster or the ride easier. For me, racing or a planned ride: 1) Distance as reference, as you know how long the ride is. 2) HR, somewhat know what efforts you're at. This will effect your eat/drink time. 3) Elapsed time, so I know when to drink/eat, I aways forget, or leave it too late. One can look it the other numbers later and be disappointed 😂😂

Left side has an opposite direction thread. Hack: To loosen, turn both in the direction of the rear of the bike. You might need some Q20, give it time to penetrate the thread.
