what lubricant do you use? I have used everything and i find it all picks up grit. i am using motor oil at the moment which i find works an absolute treat, but does pick uo alot of dirt, on my road bike.

so wise... i wrote physics today, thats all i can think of.... obviously.

anybody ride out ou kaapse, black hill way today? was ridiculous.. took me bout 15 min to get up black hill from the simonstown side, was on 2nd gear the whole way up in the aero position, basically time trialing at 15km an hour, was not fun
