do any of you have problems with the strength of your ascents? i am light, 67kg , and after my first ride with these babies, they both lost their tru. I did not ride over ANY bumps or holes, could anyone suggest why this could be?

there are two nuts you can adjust with a screwdriver on the top of the front derailleur, one for h and one for L, i think u need to loosen or tighten both of those.

dont have a sister... are you guys using tt bars for this tt??? or will they be useless?

yes that is true. i think rollers are more natural... haha. there is no strain on the bike like on an idt

yea that sounds correct, i cant afford a power trainer which is much more accurate i agree.

and you say the big blade equates to a 56 tooth , but for instance juniors are restricted to a 52tooth blade, do you provide 52 teeth blades?

i personally think these are way way overrated... if they were really that good the riders in the tour would use them

i find that training on an indoor trainer is useless, although I can do a 2hour session, it doesnt seem to improve my cycling fitness that much. when im on the indoor trainer i struggle to get my heart rate over 180, but on the road i average 170bpm... what is the explanation for this? I suppose there are so many more elements when you are on the road.
