  3. Thats a great initiative from Cyclelab's part. Some saddles may feel comfortable for about 5km, but after 100km they are hell, its not an easy topic!

  11. thnaks very much for all the opinions and guides... I am considering using the Tiagra on a training bike. I have Ultegra 10 speed on my racing bike, have not had any issues with it, other than the chain lasting less than 2000km! was a shock to me, after looking after it so well. I am contemplating selling my Ultegra grouppo, and replacing it with Veloce 10 speed, any logic in that? I've heard that Campag grouppos wear much slower than Shimano? thats my main motive.... CAMPAG WEARS IN, SHIMANO WEARS OUT That's a saying i once heard
  12. Who rides with this grouppo? Are the shifters similar to the Sora or 105? Does the cassette and chain last long? Looking at using Tiagra on a training bike.... would like to know how much it will cost me to keep it going if im clocking up miles on it... thanks

  22. my friend has a 06 gt avalanche 1 and never had any faults with his, best value for money bike with a really solid frame.
