  1. Both Ghana and USA like to attact, so hope it will be a fun game to watch. But I think USA is on a revenge after losing to Ghana in 2006 (2-1), I predict 3-2 for USA, yeah want to start seeing some goals :-)
  2. Like I already said; I really do not want to believe it, but you do wonder! IF this would be true, it opens a new world of 'doping'. But yet it makes perfectly sence: once you finish the race you are taken away to be tested, but who takes notice of your bike?????
  3. Haha, I also watched it on sporza....are you from Belgium that you are familiar with that site? Back on Cancellara....eish,...I don't want to believe it but when you watch the video, you do start to wonder. Just imagine if this is real? Hopefully not! I really hope it is not true
  4. Thanks, and are we talking about 1h, 2h 3h,.. ride? Starting from your shop and ending at your shop?
  5. I have to agree with Trubie. So what.... Some might be a 'big hero' on the track but once home, wife needs to bring them everything because they are too sore... Keep in mind that everybody at one stage was a beginner.
  6. As you can see, my status says I am a rookie. Personally I do not care (at this stage) about the classifieds. My reason to join the hub is to find out more about local riding/group riding. At this stage I am cycling on my own due to the fact that I work in shifts, but it would be great if I would learn about the people/club/racing/ in my area. However, I am a moderator on a chat site and I can tell you now although we all might have good ideas to get ride of some posts/people it is easier said then done. Here you can report such things and if you done that fine. Just ignore such people/posts as it is up to us to keep it fun. People that want to spoil are just doing it to get reactions from us. So from all the forums that I have visited so far, I like what I read (yeah, there is the occassional rubish and foul language) just ignore such people and if you want report them. Moenie worrie nie, it is up to us to keep it fun and clearly admin is also working on it, so keep focussing of the good stuff :-)
  7. Not many people in SA will have this Giro jersey, so no matter what the comments are you should be very proud of that jersey. Personally, I feel the same about my jersey. It was also a present And I can tell you that many people during the Cape Argus Expo were constantly asking where I bougth that jersey. I just love riding in it and to make it complete, I also have the sunglasses and the helmet
  8. And is the group riding with MTB or road bikes?
  9. I am using my Swiss ball all day everyday when I am in the office. I do have lower back pain, but the ball helps a lot, as if I would sit on a chair for 8 hours, I wouldn't be able to sleep due to back pain. So have you tried it by now? If not, just be cautioned which brand you buy. You do have brands that do not explode (anti burst balls), even going over a nail, they just deflate slowly, which I obviously would recommend
