40 minutes at the moment... Don't set it up thats its too hard on my thighs!

Indoor Trainer in the evenings and out rides over the weekends between 11:00 and 15:00. Well that's what I try....

Anybody done this ride before? If so please share, keen on hearing a little about it.

Thanks for the comment. I tried SBR yesterday, only got away at 10:00 and the heat killed me, bailed at 53kms. Is there a proper hill on the 103km this weekend?

lol. Plenty of hills out in the South! If you can tackle those mountains you will be ok.

Thanks! I seriously sc*ewed up on the 94.7 and I'm looking forward to a long ride. Simply went too hard, too early and paid penalty points. Lesson learnt.

I'm looking forward to this one myself. Did the 62km Dischem ride last week, giving the longer ride a bash this weekend . Hoping the legs can hold out...

I normally just leave the see through piece on. It comes off by itself when the tube is inflated.

All things being equal, I will be riding my 10th 94.7 next year and will be riding for charity. I was very impressed with all the cows that went out in ZZ and the pink drive guys/girls in BB. FRAIL's work, inspirational! Not quite sure which charity just yet but will look at raising some funds.

I don't think so! We cycled there 4 weekends leading up to the 94.7 and it was a pleasure riding everytime. It is a one way road around the reserve and I have read on the hub that some of the official vehicles disregard the rules. Best would be to take it easy around the corners, watch out for game and vehicles parked around blind corners. Entrance: R10 per vehicle & R20 per person I'm not a fan of riding on the road and if I have to, I go to SBR.
